How should I choose appropriate TPI of Saw Blade?
A
TPI is the number of teeth per inch. (25.4mm) As example of 14TPI saw blade, 25.4mm / 14tips = 1.8mm (pitch). In this case, if cut a material of thickness less than 1.8mm, the material may be stuck between the tips and may cause the teeth to chip.
